Low Income Foundation & Insurance
A non-profit framework that upgrades living conditions for low-income households.
Net benefits are controlled by a Community Fund — not private profit distribution.
01 · Why LIFI
LIFI is a non-profit framework designed to upgrade living conditions for low-income households. Infrastructure may be owned by institutions. Net benefits are governed by a Community Fund and stay with residents.
Unstable housing, high energy costs, hard-to-maintain systems, limited livelihood pathways, and benefits that rarely remain local.
Modular housing, solar and energy management, maintainable design, local skills development, and a transparent Community Fund waterfall.
NXG Science Corp (Canada) executes. Institutions may own assets. Residents and the Community Fund own the benefits.
02 · System Architecture
LIFI operates as a closed-loop system:
Low-income family community with modular, maintainable, energy-controllable housing. Protected by the Five Pillars of resident security.
Green modular compute hub (data centre layer). Generates sustainable cash flow and local employment while providing waste-heat and skills pathways.
LIFI Fund = NXGAsset quant operating system. Applies strict capital discipline to lock and recirculate benefits to the community.
The Brain generates cash flow → the Fund locks and recirculates value → the Smart Town receives measurable protection.
03 · Resident Security
Hard design criteria — not marketing language.
Stable, safe modular units designed for long-term residence — not temporary shelters.
Lower energy and living costs through solar, efficiency, and community-scale systems.
Systems that local technicians can repair — standard modules, spare parts, and training.
Skills, local jobs, and micro-enterprise opportunities so upgrading is not a dead end.
Net benefits flow to the Community Fund for burden reduction — not private extraction.
04 · Demonstration
Global low-income framework · Perak as the first demonstration site.
Candidate parcels: PT 1984 (main) · PT 1779 (north) · approximately 36.324 ha.
05 · Community Fund
LIFI is not a profit-distribution vehicle.
Commercial layers exist only to sustain upgrading and reduce resident burden.
The LIFI Fund is operated under the quant operating system of NXGAsset. Core disciplines applied:
06 · Operating Model
NXG implements. Institutions own. Community Fund governs net benefit.
Site, power, compliance, and Stage-1 success gates — completed before major capital is deployed.
Pension funds, DFIs, policy banks, and foundations may own the infrastructure.
Modular housing, solar, energy systems, and optional LIFI Brain nodes — designed to be maintainable by local teams.
Net benefits allocated under transparent rules, governed by NXGAsset quant operating discipline.
07 · Next step
State agencies · institutional owners · technical partners · community organisations.
